CUCET Syllabus

CUCET is a way for candidates to measure how well they are acquainted with core content areas that are included in the scope of courses for which candidates have applied for admission (undergraduate, graduate or research). Although the content also covers general topics (e.g. comprehension of the english language; general awareness; logic or reasoning; quantity (i.e. numerical) aptitude; type of subject matter specific to the field of study — physics, chemistry, math, or biology for science majors; or arts majors or commerce majors) the focus of the provided scope will be influenced more heavily on the nature of discipline based subjects that are relevant for admission into particular disciplines.

By carefully examining the CUCET Syllabus, candidates can effectively organize their study strategies, develop effective studying habits, and ultimately improve their performance on the test by structuring their studying strategies based upon the testing model and relative importance of each subject included in the CUCET syllabus.
